Masterplan 360

Context

Layout360Studio is a studio that produces renders of land for sale and captures with drones and 360° cameras of houses, commercial spaces, and properties for sale or rent, creating virtual tours where clients can see in detail what they're going to buy or rent. They needed a website to showcase their work and attract new clients.

Solution

I developed the studio's website as a showcase for their work. The site displays virtual tours and renders interactively, with smooth animations and SPA navigation. I also handle the web side: integrating tours into existing sites or creating new sites for clients who hire the studio, such as real estate agencies.

Technical Challenges

Optimizing WebGL performance across varied devices was the main challenge. I implemented lazy loading for 3D viewers and device capability detection to automatically adjust rendering quality.
